[Undergrad Design] MRender - A GPU Displayer for 3D Tomographic Images
This is a renderer with 3-axis & 3D draggable display. It turns sequential 2D slices into a 3D volume, and allows users to rotate and translate the volume.
It is built with qt5-C++, using Qt-designer.
It supports:
- Image importing & saving (PNG, JPEG, BMP)
- 3-axis display
- 3D draggable display
- Any-direction depth-adjustable perspection (with adjustable alpha-value)
- Synchronized 3D slices for 3-axis and perspective display
- Bounding-box display
- Volume rendering (with adjustable opacity)
- GPU acceleration (NVIDIA CUDA)
- Rendering accuracy adjustment
- Image interpolation (Binary, Linear, Cubic)
- Image segmentation (Threshold)
